New Hope Covenant Church

Everyone has things that are important to them. Here are some things that are important to us as a faith community. We feel God has called us to be a place that is:

Biblical

We believe the Bible is the living, authoritative word of God. The story of the Bible provides the grounding framework for all we do & believe. At the center of this biblical story is Jesus, who serves as the lens & focus of how we read, teach, & live out the Christian faith.

Missional

We believe that God is always on the move, always healing, always saving, always working to redeem & restore what he created. We also believe that God is looking for a community to join him in that mission. We desire to be that community, to take up the saving mission of God through the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. A Gospel that includes bringing people into a personal relationship with God through Christ & doing acts of justice & mercy for a world so desperately in need of hope.

Spiritual

We believe that Christ calls all of us to grow deeper & deeper in our relationship with him. That growth takes many steps including repentance, discipleship, spiritual formation, worship & acts of service. We desire to be a place that helps you grow, in Christ, to become the person God created you to be.

Relational

We believe that people were designed to be in healthy, restored relationships with God, ourselves, each other & the world. We also believe the faith community is the primary place where those relationships begin, are healed & flourish. In community we learn what it means to love, serve, forgive & heal as we worship Jesus Christ as Lord.
